During peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

The following are estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $79.99 USD (after discounts, before taxes).
Orders below this threshold will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

International Shipments

All international orders are final sale (no returns or exchanges).

Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused at delivery:

Standard Delivery & Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside the estimated time frame.
Unfortunately, Strkry cannot control delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
If tracking shows “Arriving Late,” please contact the carrier for the most accurate updates.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If tracking is marked “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
Check with your local post office or delivery carrier
Confirm with neighbors, building staff, or parcel lockers
Wait 24–48 hours as some carriers pre-scan packages early
Strkry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
